The recent presence in Venice of the Taiwanese movement for independence showing its closeness to Plebiscito.eu, confirms the international vocation of the Venetian organization. Mr. Gianluca Busato states: “Now is the moment to give strength to a new tsunami for our independence”.

The day before the elections for the provisional Venetian Parliament, the independence fever in Veneto is rising higher and higher. Until now, the pre-registrations on https://www.plebiscito.eu to get the voting code have touched quota 139,000, while the volunteers are working on the territory to allow also the less computer-used citizens to choose their own favourite candidate for the provisional Venetian Independent Parliament.

On Saturday the 14th of March, our technical staff has carried out the technical “switch” for installing the e-voting platform, now reachable from https://www.plebiscito.eu. Besides thousands of volunteers who are active on the whole Venetian territory, 300 remote operators are involved to control and support the registration and e-voting operations, too.

Moreover, during the voting days, the presentation meetings will continue every evening. Such events have seen an intense activity on the territory by Plebiscito.eu, in order to inform and activate the citizens who will take part to an extraordinary week of civic and digital commitment. During the week before the elections, also the leader of the Taiwanese movement for indipendence, Mr Tony Chang joined some of our events to start a new extraordinary world project together with Mr Gianluca Busato and Plebiscito.eu.

As for the meetings programmed during the voting week, a special mention among the others deserves the one of Monday 16th of March at Pojana (20.30 at the multipurpose room “G. Jeremiah” in via Trieste 5), during which the president mr. Gianluca Busato will introduce the exposure of some hydraulic engineering forward-looking projects by eng. Federico Bertoldo, a member of the Delegation of the Ten. Important topics will be treated, such as the territorial use planning and the hydrogeological instabilities mitigation for the new Venetian Republic.

For Tuesday 17th of March is then scheduled another important meeting in Creazzo (20.30 at the AC Hotel of Via Carducci 1, Vicenza dept.) where, together with the architect Silvio Caoduro (territorial coordinator for the area of east Vicenza) a new international strategic project will be introduced. This planning will make of Venice and Veneto a global hub within 2025, thanks to the construction of the new silk roads which will put in communication the far East together with Europe.

On Wednesday 18th of March 2015, it will be also inaugurated our new headquarter in Verona dept. (Via dell’Alpo 7, Zai). Formerly the headquarter of the northern league, now thanks to the decision of the owner, it is managed by Plebiscito.eu and Yes for Veneto, the unique consistent popular forces which are really and concretely committed to reach the independence of Veneto.

Mr. Gianluca Busato said: “The strong relationships we are establishing with the most important international independence movements (and now also with the movement for the independence of Taiwan) do testify the global visibility of the Venetian independence question, achieved thanks to the digital referendum held on March 16th-21th 2014. La presenza e la vicinanza del movimento indipendentista di Taiwan a Venezia conferma la vocazione internazionale di Plebiscito.eu. Gianluca Busato: “ora è il momento di dare forza a un nuovo tsunami indipendentista”

Alla vigilia del primo giorno di votazioni per il Parlamento Veneto sale la febbre dell’indipendenza in Veneto. Le preregistrazioni per ottenere il codice di voto finora effettuate dal sito internet www.plebiscito.eu sono arrivate a quota 139.000, mentre nel territorio fervono i preparativi per consentire alla popolazione anche meno informatizzata di poter votare il proprio candidato preferito da eleggere nel Parlamento indipendente.

Nel corso della giornata di sabato è avvenuto lo “switch” tecnico con l’installazione della piattaforma di voto ora raggiungibile da www.plebiscito.eu. Oltre alle migliaia di volontari nel territorio sono all’opera anche circa 300 operatori telematici che controllano e supportano le operazioni di registrazione e di voto digitale.

Nel corso dei giorni di votazione non si interromperanno inoltre le serate di presentazione, che hanno vista un’attività intensa di Plebiscito.eu nel territorio per informare e attivare cittadini che parteciperanno a una straordinaria settimana di impegno civico e digitale. Nella settimana precedente le votazioni ha partecipato anche il leader del movimento indipendentista Taiwanese, Tony Chang, con cui Gianluca Busato e Plebiscito.eu stanno avviando un nuovo straordinario progetto di portata mondiale.

Per quanto riguarda gli appuntamenti nella settimana del voto, sempre con la presenza di Gianluca Busato, in particolare, tra gli altri, lunedì 16 marzo è prevista una serata a Pojana (ore 20.30 presso sala polivalente “G. Geremia” in via Trieste 5) in cui saranno presentati anche i progetti della Repubblica Veneta in tema di ingegneria Idraulica e Pianificazione Territoriale e di Mitigazione dei Dissesti Idrogeologici, a cura dell’ing. Federico Bertoldo, membro della Delegazione dei Dieci.

Martedì è quindi programmata una serata a Creazzo (alle 20.30 presso l’AC Hotel Vicenza in via Carducci 1) dove sarà presentato il progetto strategico che vedrà le nuove vie della seta trasformare Venezia e il Veneto in un hub globale entro il 2025, con la presentazione dell’arch Silvio Caoduro, coordinatore territoriale di Vicenza est.

Mercoledì 18 marzo sarà inoltre inaugurata la nuova sede provinciale di Verona, in strada dell’Alpo 7, Zai a Verona, una volta sede della lega nord e ora grazie alla decisione della proprietà dell’immobile, in gestione a Plebiscito.eu e a Veneto Sì, uniche forze popolari coerenti e concrete impegnate per l’indipendenza del Veneto.

Gianluca Busato ha dichiarato: “le relazioni che stiamo stabilendo con i movimenti indipendentisti di tutto il mondo, dall’Europa e ora anche all’Asia con il movimento per l’indipendenza di Taiwan, testimoniano la visibilità globale della questione dell’indipendenza del Veneto, ottenuta con la vittoria plebiscitaria nel referendum del 16-21 marzo scorso. Ora è il momento di dare forza a un nuovo tsunami indipendentista con le elezioni del Parlamento Veneto”.

Results will be communicated on next Saturday 21st March in piazza dei Signori in Treviso, on the first anniversary of the Digital Plebiscite and the declaration of independence of Veneto. Gianluca Busato: “Venice and Veneto will become a global hub within 2025”

[Treviso, 13th March 2015] – Right one year after the celebration of the referendum and the declaration of independence of Veneto on 21st March 2014 in Treviso, on next Sunday 15th March the elections for the provisional Parliament of the Venetian Republic will start off; they will last until next Friday 20th March in the evening. The provisional Parliament is an institution born from the process of independence arisen from the plebiscite consensus emerged last year from the digital polls that saw over 2.3 million Venetians participating in the vote, equal to 63.2% of voter turnout, with 89.1% of Yes expressed valid votes, as a result the free and independent Federal Venetian Republic was born.

Citizens will be able to vote on-line from the site www.plebiscito.eu and also through the polling stations and gazebos active in the whole territory of Veneto, thanks to the work of more than 5,000 volunteers, directed by Mr Sandro Colombo, director of the operational structure of Plebiscito.eu, former municipal technical director in Venice, Treviso and Chioggia. Self-managed elections of the Venetian Parliament are held in a moment when Italian parties in Veneto are ripped apart as a result of internal polemics that reveal their inability to intercept the will of change of citizens, oppressed by a socio-economic situation that does not reflect the illusory optimism about the condition of the public accounts of the Italian state, as shown by the drop of industrial production of 2.2% in January 2015. The evidence of will of independence is confirmed by the flow of digital self-registrations of Venetian electors: two days before on-line vote starts off, in fact we can see that already 100,000 Venetians have registered themselves to receive their own personal code to vote from www.plebiscito.eu. Plebiscito.eu analysts estimate, by comparing data of registration curves of last year, that final voter turnout will be over one million. The communication campaign underway saw production of a significant digital marketing campaign based on newsletters sent to all registered contacts, social networks advertising and also traditional means, like for instance tv and radio advertisements, bill-posting and delivery of more than one million and a half fliers house-to-house in the whole territory of Veneto.

The election of the Venetian Parliament follows the decision of the Delegation of Ten, composed of the 10 most voted Venetians last year, that being appointed to fulfill the expression of people’s will, deliberated the birth of the legislative body that will be elected next week and of the Provisional Government that will take office and declare oath of allegiance to the Venetian Republic in the same Piazza dei Signori in Treviso that saw witnesses communication media from all over the world, always on Saturday 21st March starting from 7PM, when also elections data will be communicated.
Veneto was divided into 42 territorial areas plus one more area dedicated to Venetians residents abroad. Each election area will elect 2 representatives among those who will receive more votes. Each elector, through the INTERNET site www.plebiscito.eu, after introducing his own personal voting code, will find only and exclusively the lists of representatives candidates in his place of residence and will be enabled to express just one preferential vote for the candidate he wants to elect in the Parliament through a simple click. The Venetian Parliament will be therefore composed of 86 representatives plus the 10 delegates elected last year.

[Treviso, 13 marzo 2015] – A un anno esatto di distanza dalla celebrazione del referendum e dalla dichiarazione di indipendenza del Veneto del 21 marzo 2014 a Treviso, partono domenica prossima 15 marzo e dureranno fino a venerdì sera 20 marzo le elezioni del Parlamento provvisorio della Repubblica Veneta, istituzione nata dal processo indipendentista sorto dal consenso plebiscitario emerso l’anno scorso dalle urne digitali che videro partecipare al voto oltre 2,3 milioni di veneti, pari al 63,2% del corpo votante, l’89,10% dei quali voto Sì alla nascita della Repubblica Federale Veneta libera e indipendente.

Si potrà votare on line dal sito www.plebiscito.eu e attraverso i seggi e i gazebo attivi in tutto il Veneto grazie all’opera di oltre 5.000 volontari, diretti dall’ing. Sandro Colombo, direttore della struttura organizzativa di Plebiscito.eu, già dirigente dei Comuni di Venezia, Treviso e Chioggia. Le elezioni autogestite del Parlamento Veneto si tengono in un momento in cui i partiti italiani in Veneto sono lacerati da polemiche interne che rivelano lo stato di incapacità di intercettare la voglia di cambiamento dei cittadini, oppressi da una situazione socio-economica che non pare riflettere l’apparente ottimismo sullo stato dei conti pubblici dello stato italiano, come dimostra anche il calo del 2,2 della produzione industriale a gennaio 2015. La testimonianza della volontà di indipendenza è confermata dal flusso di autoregistrazioni digitali degli elettori veneti: a due giorni dall’inizio del voto on line sono infatti già 100.000 i veneti che si sono registrati on line per ricevere il proprio codice personale per votare da www.plebiscito.eu. Secondo gli analisti di Plebiscito.eu, confrontando le curve di registrazione rispetto ai dati di un anno fa, si può stimare un’affluenza che superi abbondantemente il milione di voti. La campagna di comunicazione in corso ha visto la produzione di una intensa campagna di marketing digitale basata su newsletter inviate a tutti i contatti registrati, advertising nei social network e anche di tipo tradizionale, che ha visto tra l’altro l’allestimento di una campagna di spot radio, di affissioni di manifesti 6×3 e di consegna di oltre un milione e mezzo di volantini casa per casa in tutto il Veneto.

L’elezione del Parlamento Veneto segue la decisione della Delegazione dei Dieci, composta dai 10 veneti più votati un anno fa, che, incaricati di dare pienezza all’espressione della sovranità popolare, hanno deliberato la nascita dell’organo legislativo che sarà eletto la settimana e del Governo Provvisorio che si insiederà e giurerà fedeltà alla Repubblica Veneta nella stessa Piazza dei Signori a Treviso che vide testimone i mezzi di informazione di tutto il mondo, sempre il sabato 21 marzo a partire dalle ore 19, quando saranno anche comunicati i dati delle elezioni.

Il Veneto è stato suddiviso in 42 aree elettorali più una dedicata ai veneti residenti all’estero. Ogni area elettorale eleggerà 2 deputati tra coloro che riceveranno più voti. Ogni elettore, attraverso il sito internet www.plebiscito.eu, dopo aver inserito il proprio codice personale di voto, all’atto del voto troverà solo ed unicamente le liste dei candidati deputati nella propria area di residenza e potrà esprimere una sola preferenza per il candidato che vorrà eleggere in Parlamento attraverso un semplice click. Il Parlamento Veneto sarà quindi composto da 86 deputati più i 10 delegati già eletti un anno fa.

Mr. Flavio Tosi: “Salvini is a dictator”. Meanwhile, a great rise of the voting turnout for the elections of the provisional Venetian Parliament is expected. Mr. Gianluca Busato: “maybe even higher than the voting turn out expected for the italian regional elections planned for May 2015”. Moreover, on the 28th of March the commission of the International Observers will announce in Venice the final report on the referendum held in May 2014, according to OSCE standards.

[Verona, March 12, 2015] – It is consumed the final fracture inside the Northern League, which has suppressed the leadership of the Liga Veneta, that is the Venetian national section and founding member of this old territorial party, now transformed into an italian extremist-nationalist party. As a matter of fact, on last Monday night, the new Northern League secretary Mr. Salvini (allied with Ms. Marie Le Pen) has expelled Mr. Flavio Tosi, the mayor of the beautiful Verona city sung by William Shakespeare.

Mr. Tosi, who was also the national secretary of the Liga Veneta, federated to the Northern League, commented the fact: “Salvini is a dictator! In 20 years of story, never before the Northern League suppressed the Veneto region”.

While the serious split inside the Northern League between Lombardia and Veneto goes on, the Venetians are preparing to vote for their own independent provisional parliament from March 15th to 20th 2015, in order to finalize the process of separation from Italy, started with the referendum for the independence of Veneto celebrated from the 16th to 21th March 2014. And, just a few days after the elections for the provisional Venetian Parliament, the conclusion of the bureaucratic certification for the digital referendum will be held, too. During this important public event planned for the 28th of March 2015, the Commission of the International Watchers will sign the Final Report on the digital referendum for the independence of Veneto, according to the international standards laid down by the OSCE. This act will start the formal procedures for the international recognition of the welcome Venetian Republic.

Just three days before the elections (like the previous year, you can vote via internet from the website www.plebiscito.eu) that will shape the provisional legislative power of the independent Venetian Republic , already several tens of thousands of Venetians have registered themselves on the digital platform to get their own code to vote. Basing on a comparative analysis of the enrollment trend with the prior data, the organizers predict a turnout of at least 1.4 million voting people, that is higher than the initial forecast of about a million of voters, with a turnout close to the 36% of the total voters from Veneto.

“If these figures will be confirmed,” said mr. Gianluca Busato, president of Plebiscito.eu and candidate for becoming President of Veneto with Yes for Veneto (www.venetosi.org), “it is not excluded that the elections for the provisional Venetian Parliament will show a turnout that could be even higher than the one expected for the italian regional elections planned for the next May. This perspective gains more force if we look at the last regional elections in the neighbour Emilia-Romagna: in that occasion, only the 37% of the voters went to the polls, demonstrating that the appreciation towards the italian institutions and the tendency to vote in italy are concretely falling down.”

This situation would lead to a greater representation for the provisional institutions of the Venetian Republic (declared independent in Treviso on the 21st of March 2014) in face of the regional ones held by the italian state. The reason is simple: the Italian institutions are now in the grasp of a galloping degradation not just financially speaking, but also under the civic operating side. This events would lead to an unseen scenario, more and more favorable to the full de facto independence of Veneto.
